Below are descriptions of the four main components of the Techfluence platform. After you select your Exhibitor Package and send us the necessary assets, we will configure your booth for you and will schedule a rehearsal so that you’re ready to go on the day of the event.

1. The Show Floor

After being approved, attendees receive a link that will take them to the show floor once the event begins. From here, they simply click on your logo to enter your booth. They can also read your exhibitor description using the drop-down window below your logo and they can sort exhibitors by category using the pull-down menu to the left of “All Exhibitors.” Every booth has an icon that attendees can click to return to the show floor so they can visit a different exhibitor. 

2. Branded Virtual Booths

The actions an attendee can take in your booth are represented by icons at the bottom of the screen. To activate an icon, the attendee simply clicks on it. Some actions, such as your Press Folder, can be configured to be open when at attendee enters your booth. Your main video module is a one-way live stream that can also be used to play prerecorded videos. The Video Chat icon opens in a separate tab. 3. Presentation Manager

The Presentation Manager is where your focus will be during the event. It’s your control center. It’s where you can see when an attendee enters your booth so you can greet them via the live stream module. It’s also where you’ll see and respond to text chat messages from attendees, monitor and control your outgoing live video (either from a camera or a recorded video), add presenters to your video feed, and more. You’ll even be able to chat privately with your colleagues who are logged in via the Presentation Manager. 

4. Post-Event Analytics

Our platform’s ability to capture information and make it available to you after the event sets Techfluence apart from the competition. Your booth automatically captures the contact info of everyone who enters and records the actions they take. After the event, you will be able to follow up with attendees knowing if they participated in a video chat, downloaded an item from your Press Folder, filled out a Product Review Request Form, and more. And it can all be quickly downloaded into Excel worksheets. You’ll even have access to a log of all the group chats.
